All sales of tickets are final.  There are no refunds.

All participants will be notified of the location address a few hours before the event starts.  A general location can be given out upon request the day of the event.

​

All VIPs and PARTICIPANTS must submit a fresh STD and Covid test taken at a facility that the producers will approve in their home town or area.  The test must be conducted within five days of the event and submitted to the producers no later than the day before.  Failure to submit a clean test or having a test that comes back positive for STDs or Covid will mean forfeiting your spot in the event and forfeiting your entry fee.

All attendees will be sent a package via Docusign containing contracts and model releases.  One of the provisions of the contract will state that ALL attendees must either SHOW THEIR FACES or WEAR A COVID MASK.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

​

Winners will also be asked to submit identification to prove their identity, age and citizenship.  These IDs will be stored for legal purposes.

​

All VIP Participants will be invited to a dinner hosted by Ember Snow the night before the event.  Attendance is not required.

​

During the event, no cell phones will be allowed.  All cell phones will be collected and held until the show is completed.  Claim forms for each cell phone will be issued.

​

Each person will be issued a wrist band indicating their ticket level.  VIP's will be given lottery tickets to determine the order of their time.

​

The event will begin with soft drinks and hors d'ouerves.  After that, Ember will perform a live feature dance show for all the VIPs, Participants and Spectators.

​

After the show, Ember will pair off with the VIP's, individually, to shoot the one on one fan scene.  This will be shot by Ember's team and will not involve any of the other Participants.  VIP's acknowledge that the scene will be shot according to Ember's instructions.  Any deviation from these instructions will end the shoot and that person will be asked to leave.

​

After the one on one scenes are completed, Ember will take a short break to freshen up before the group scene(s) will start.

​

The group scene will involve all of the Participants in the event.  Some scenes will include 2-3 Participants, other scenes may include more, if not all the participants.  The scenes will be coordinated and shot according to Ember's instructions.  All performers must adhere to any instructions given by Ember or her team.  Anyone who doesn't follow the instructions will be removed from the scene and asked to leave.

NOTE FOR COUPLES:  this is a "Swingers Party" environment.  If you choose to interact with people outside of your relationship, you will not hold Ember Snow or the tour producers responsible for anything that occurs.

​

After the shoot is completed, Ember will get cleaned up, say her goodbyes and leave.  Once this happens, the party will conclude.

​

When the footage is released, it will be distributed on Ember's personal website, OnlyFans and other relevant clip stores across the internet.  The participants will be entitled to a copy of their scene(s) and allowed to distribute them on any PAID site they choose.  Posting them on free sites, like PornHub, etc, would be a violation of the agreement.
